When a notice meets the legal requirements, we remove the identified material or disable access to it. The US Copyright Office publishes the underlying rules.
How to send a notice

You can also use the form on the contact page, choosing Other as the topic and adding a WhatsApp number for our answer. No email address is published, so these are the two available routes.
The six details a notice needs
The copyrighted work, named by title or described clearly.
Where the allegedly infringing material appears, in enough detail for us to locate it.
Your full name, postal address, telephone number and preferred way to receive our reply.
A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you own the rights or may act for the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Response times
We confirm receipt of a complete notice within 2 business days and act on the identified material within 5 business days. If something is missing, we tell you which details to add and wait for them before acting.
Counter-notices
If we removed material you supplied and you think that was an error, you can send a counter-notice through the same routes. It needs the identifying details above and a statement under penalty of perjury explaining why the removal was wrong. Our terms of service and disclaimer give more background.

This policy covers content on glomax8k.live and streams carried by the Glomax8k service. Setup questions, billing and anything else unrelated to copyright go to regular WhatsApp support, which keeps the copyright queue clear for real notices.
Accurate claims only
